Prenatal Care Coordination (PNCC)

PNCC is a program designed to provide services and support to expectant mothers who are considered high risk for adverse pregnancy outcomes in the West Allis, Greenfield, and West Milwaukee communities. Clients work closely with Public Health Nurses as they cover topics such as health education, safe sleep, perinatal depression, nutrition, labor and delivery, newborn cares and breastfeeding as well as being offered resources in the community.
