No cost while supplies last.

Adults 19 - 64 years

$35 for quadrivalent dose (cash or check only). No Ccost for individuals with insurance.

Adults 65+ years

$70 for high dose (cash or check only). No cost for individuals with insurance

People at High Risk Of Developing Flu-related Complications

  • Children younger than five years old, but especially children younger than two years old

  • Adults 65 years of age and older

  • Pregnant women

  • People who have medical conditions including:

    • Asthma

    • Neurological and neuro-developmental conditions

    • Chronic lung disease

    • Heart disease

    • Blood disorders

    • Endocrine disorders

    • Kidney disorders

    • Liver disorders

    • Metabolic disorders

    • Weakened immune system due to disease or medication

    • People younger than 19 years of age who are receiving long-term aspirin therapy

    • People who are obese

  • Monday, Oct. 7 at the West Milwaukee Community Center (1345 S. 47th St.) from 10 - 11:30 a.m. 

  • Saturday, Oct. 12 at the Greenfield Community Center (7215 W. Cold Spring Rd. from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

  • Saturday, Oct. 18 at the West Allis Senior Center (7001 W. National Ave.) from noon - 4 p.m.

  • Tuesday, Oct. 22 at the Southwest Suburban Health Department West Allis location (7120 W. National Ave.) from 9 a.m. - noon

  • Thursday, Oct. 24 at the Southwest Suburban Health Department Greenfield location (7325 W. Forest Home Ave.) from 1- 4 p.m.
