• Confidential services for ages 14+: you don’t need a parent or guardian for your appointment. 

• Affordable care: services are available for a $25 flat fee.  

• Judgement-free zone: we’re here to support you with dignity and care. 

• Flexible scheduling: the West Allis location (7120 W. National Ave.) has appointments on Tuesdays from 1-4 p.m. and Wednesdays 8:30-11:30 a.m. Same day appointments may be available. 

• Get Tested 

  • STI testing for chlamydia, gonorrhea and trichomoniasis.

  • Treatment for you and your partners for a one-time flat fee of $25 that covers both testing and treatment including emergency contraception. 

• Family Planning Services 

  • Pregnancy testing, education and referrals.

  • Free internal and external condoms and lubricant in the lobby and bathrooms. External condoms available in the Public Health Vending Machines. Being safe is sexy! 

  • Family Planning Only Services (FPOS) express enrollment.

    • Family Planning Only Services Program provides low to no-cost sexual and reproductive health care for people with limited income. You must meet eligibility requirements to receive these benefits.
