The City of West Allis is a proud partner of Bublr Bikes, the Milwaukee area's non-profit bike share system. With Bublr Bikes, you can take a bike from one Bublr station, enjoy a quick ride anywhere, and return the bike to a nearby station. 

Bublr expanded to West Allis in 2017 with eight stations. The system launched in Milwaukee in 2014 and now has over 100 stations between Milwaukee, West Allis, and Wauwatosa.

Partnership

In 2015, the City of West Allis received federal grant funding from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation's Transportation Alternatives Program to start a bike share system. The City worked with a consultant to conduct public outreach and identify station locations. In 2017, the City partnered with Bublr Bikes to build the stations and join the system.
