Owner-occupied single-family houses and duplexes may be eligible for reduced rate loans of up to $40,000 to help with housing rehabilitation. Homeowners must meet certain income limits. Complete the application below and submit by email to Robb Ahlm, the City's rehabilitation specialist. 

Homeowner Rehabilitation Loan Application

Owner-occupied single-family dwellings located in targeted lending areas are eligible for 2.5% APR loans of up to $25,000 to assist with housing rehabilitation. Income limits do not apply. Review the targeted lending areas below. If your property is located in one of the targeted lending areas, complete the appropriate application and submit by email to Robb Ahlm, the City's rehabilitation specialist.

You do not have to use the contractors on this list. You may contact anyone you wish. However, General Contractors must be State Certified Lead Safe or Lead Abatement companies, unless otherwise notified by Housing.
