Fair Housing

The Fair Housing Board works to ensure equal housing opportunities for all West Allis residents. The Board also promotes Fair Housing throughout the community with awareness programs like the Fair Housing Poster Contest and proactive educational materials. The Board processes all claims of discrimination in housing and is responsible for receiving, investigating, and eliminating or remedying discrimination by mediation, persuasion, education or litigation.
