City Services
The City of West Allis operates under a mayor and Common Council form of City government, with a Common Council of ten Alderpersons, presided over by the mayor. Elected officials include a mayor, ten alderpersons representing five districts, and a Municipal Judge. The city administrative officer is appointed by the Common Council. Other officials may be appointed by the mayor and confirmed by the Common Council.
The City Clerk's Office oversees and coordinates the election process.
