On Thursday, January 16 in frigid temperatures, we celebrated the groundbreaking of The Apiary with Land By Label at 1070 S. 70th St, the site of the soon-to-be 248-unit apartment development that will be a community hub and "hive-like" home for many. The first units are expected around summer 2026.
