    Join us for a 6 week Arthritis Foundation, Walk with Ease program.  You will learn to safely make walking part of your routine in moving towards better health.  Another bonus is making new friends. No experience is needed.  All levels of fitness is welcome.  We are fortunate to be able to teach the class and walk on the track at the West Allis West Milwaukee Park and Recreation Department.  Please call 414-302-8700 to register for this class.
