How do I know what my CountyCat PIN is?
To set your PIN in CountyCat type in your library card number and hit Submit. If it does not let you create a PIN you already have one. The default PIN is your eight digit birthdate (MM/DD/YYYY). If this doesn’t work and you have an email address registered to your library account you can have your PIN emailed to you. Otherwise, please call the Information Desk at (414) 8500 and we can reset it for you.
