Anyone who is 6 months and older AND it has been at least 2 months since their last COVID-19 vaccine is eligible. Those 65+ are eligible to receive a $25 Pick 'n Save gift card after getting their updated COVID-19 vaccine at the health department. Appointments are needed, call 414-302-8600 to schedule.
