We are also pleased to announce that starting Monday, Dec. 13, there will be a new COVID-19 testing site in West Allis at Greenfield Park through Curative, a healthcare company. The public can visit the mobile testing site at the park, available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m., at 2028 S 124th St., West Allis, WI 53227.
The public may book an appointment online in advance at https://book.curative.com/sites/34094. Appointments are preferred to minimize wait times, and take precedence over walk-ins. However, this mobile site also accepts walk-ins during open hours. If you are visually impaired or need additional assistance, please call Curative’s support line at 888-702-9042 to book an appointment.
There are no out-of-pocket costs, and the test is a shallow nasal PCR test. Please bring your ID and insurance card (if applicable) to the site to receive your test.
