Paying Citations and Fines

If the judge imposes a fine, the Court will give you a written statement advising you of the amount of the fine and its due date. You may pay your fine immediately by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. If you cannot immediately pay, you will be given up to thirty (30) days make payment. Complete information about paying fines is listed on the fine statement. Fines over $300.00 may qualify for an installment plan. Questions regarding installment plans should be directed to the Clerk of Courts. Partial payments can only be done if authorized by the Clerk of Courts.
