Contractor Application & Prequalification

Concrete contractor applications and prequalification applications are now being filled through the West Allis OpenGov portal.  Concrete licenses and requests for prequalification can be obtained by completing the "online form" or visiting West Allis City Hall (Customer Service Center), 7525 W. Greenfield Ave., Monday-Friday, 11:30am-4:30pm (excluding holidays).
