Under WI Statue 70.35, every person, firm or corporation who operates in each community on January 1 of each year must submit a completed Statement of Personal Property (Fillable PDF) to the Assessor on or before March 1, or risk losing the exemption for any computer equipment that may exists as well as the application of an estimated or "Doomage" assessment without right of appeal.
