Housing Rehabilitation Assistance Programs
Housing REHABILITATION LOAN PROGRAM
Owner-occupied single-family dwellings and duplexes located in West Allis, that meet income limits, are eligible for reduced rate loans of up to $40,000 to assist with housing rehabilitation.
TID Residential Rehabilitation Loan Program
Owner-occupied single-family dwellings located in the targeted lending areas (see below) are eligible for 2.5% APR loans of up to $25,000 to assist with housing rehabilitation. Income limits do not apply.

You do not have to use the contractors on this list. You may contact anyone you wish. However, General Contractors must be State Certified Lead Safe or Lead Abatement companies, unless otherwise notified by the City of West Allis Housing Division.

If you are currently repaying the City of West Allis for a rehabilitation loan and would like to request a temporary deferral, please complete the Loan Deferment Application.
