The Housing Office offers a variety of loans and assistance programs to support home ownership, housing rehabilitation and affordable housing within West Allis. These programs are funded through various loans and grants.
Emergency Rental Assistance
Thanks to the American Rescue Plan, rental assistance is reaching renters behind on housing costs, as well as landlords who have struggled during the pandemic. To find out more about assistance that could be available to you, please visit the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
