City Dump & Drop-off Sites
Please find the adjusted fee schedule for the Municipal Yard Drop-Off location and fees for the special collection of designated materials at residential locations below. These fees were adjusted for 2022 to recoup some of the incurred labor, equipment, and processing costs for these special collections and/or processing of these materials at our drop-off locations.
The West Allis Department of Public Works manages a comprehensive refuse and recycling program. The program serves nearly 17,500 parcels or 20,800 total residential living units during a normal collection week and provides a suite of options for residents to manage household recycling, refuse, special waste, and yard waste in a manner that is efficient, convenient, environmentally sound, and prioritizes public health and safety. The program relies on fee revenue to offset a portion of the total program cost. Fees for the overall program have not increased in over seven years.
