West Allis is a proud community member of the Wisconsin Bike Fed! The Wisconsin Bike Fed is a local non-profit organization that advocates for a better, more bike-friendly Wisconsin. The Bike Fed aims to make bicycling convenient, safe, accessible, and fun by cultivating and uniting a community of residents, businesses, and political leaders to move bicycling forward throughout Wisconsin. WEST ALLIS-WEST MILWAUKEE SCHOOL DISTRICTStudents repairing bikes at Dottke's bike shop

West Allis-West Milwaukee's alternative high school, Dottke, has an on-campus bike shop. At this shop, students learn about riding, maintaining, and fixing bikes. The program offers free bike repair services to the community. Learn more about the bike shop on Dottke's website. 

WEST ALLIS ROTARY CLUB

The West Allis Rotary Club leads an incredible initiative to help homeless veterans. As part of this program, the club repairs donated bikes and gives them to the veterans they serve. Find out more on the West Allis Rotary Club website.
