When: Thursday, April 20th, 2023 from 2:00-5:00 p.m.
Where: West Allis Health Department- 7120 W. National Ave. West Allis, WI
Eligibility: Children ages 6 months-18 years old who do not have insurance, are under-insured, or on BadgerCare. 

This clinic is designed for children with Autism, ADHD, other developmental disabilities, or anyone else who would benefit from a modified vaccination experience. Routine vaccinations will be offered. During the clinic, children can expect individualized support throughout their appointment, sensory fidgets, distraction strategies, and other individualized accommodations as needed.
