Requirements for Bed and Breakfast Establishments:

• The city requirements can be found in Chapter 7 of the City of West Allis Municipal Code.
• The state requirements can be found in ATCP 73 of the State of Wisconsin Administrative Code.

Permits Required to Operate a Bed and Breakfast Establishment:

• Bed and Breakfast Health License applications are processed by the City of West Allis Health Department. 
• Contact City Hall at 414-302-8220 for information regarding other city permits and approvals that may be required.
