Lincoln Avenue (93TH STREET TO 97TH STREET) - 2025 - State project
The City of West Allis and Wisconsin Department of Transportation hired GRAEF to design the reconstruction of Lincoln Avenue from S. 93th Street to S. 97th Street in West Allis. The City of West Allis and Wisconsin Department of Transportation are hosting a public involvement meeting regarding the proposed W. Lincoln Avenue reconstruction project between S. 93rd and S. 96th Street. The proposed improvements include reconstructing the street & sidewalk; replacing the sewer & water; installing street lights, signs, & pavement marking; and intersection & signal modifications. The proposed Two-Way Left Turn Lane from 93rd to 94th Street will require on-street parking to be removed for one block of Lincoln Ave. The intersection modifications at Lincoln and National will extend turn lane lengths which will impact median openings and no parking zones adjacent to the signalized intersection.
Minor real estate acquisitions may be required from adjacent property owners within the project limits. You are encouraged to attend this meeting to view project exhibits and speak with project staff regarding how this project may directly impact you.
