West Allis Health Department is offering three drive-through flu clinics for West Allis-West Milwaukee residents:


  • October 14, 2 p.m. – 6 p.m., West Allis Farmers Market, 6501 W. National Ave. 
  • October 17, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m., Nathan Hale High School, 11601 W. Lincoln Ave. (Enter off of 117th St) 
  • October 19, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., West Allis Farmers Market, 6501 W. National Ave. 

These clinics are open to anyone over the age of three residing in West Allis or West Milwaukee. Please note: 

  • Regular Flu Shot Price = $30 
  • High Dose Price = $60 
Cash or Check Only 

  • Bring insurance cards: Will bill Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Forward Health only (No other insurance accepted) 
  • Limited supply available of free vaccine for children 3 years - 18 years old  

Immunizations are very important to prevent certain communicable diseases and are required for day care and school. See Student Immunization Law (PDF) for further information.

The West Allis Health Department offers immunizations to residents following the ACIP Immunization Schedule for children. Access your own or your child's immunization record.

VFC Provider

The West Allis Health Department is a Vaccines for Children (VFC) provider. Children and adolescents are eligible to receive free vaccines if it is before their 19th birthday and they meet one or more of the following:

  • Medicaid-eligible or enrolled
  • Uninsured
  • American Indian or Alaska Native
  • Underinsured (vaccines are not covered)*

*Fully insured health plans may include a copay and/or high deductible, and therefore would not be considered underinsured. If your child does not meet the above criteria, please contact your child's healthcare provider or health insurance to find out more about his/her vaccine coverage.

The Health Department also provides some adult vaccines. Please call 414-302-8600 for fees and vaccine availability or to find out if you may be eligible for a certain vaccine. Learn more about what vaccines adults should have.

Immunizations are available by appointment 
Wednesdays 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Thursdays 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.

First Monday of each month 3:30 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Third Tuesday of each month 3:30 p.m. - 6 p.m.

To schedule an immunization appointment, please call 414-302-8600. Children under 18 years old need a parent or guardian signature for consent. If possible, please be sure to bring any vaccine records with you to your appointment.

TB Skin Tests Available

The West Allis Health Department also provides TB skin tests. Please note that you will need to return 48 to 72 hours after it is applied in order for the skin test to be complete.

$15 for West Allis and West Milwaukee residents
$25 for non-residents

Tuesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
First Monday of each month from 3:30 to 6 p.m.
Third Tuesday of each month from 3:30 to 6 p.m.
