THE 2023 CPAT TESTING HAS ENDED FOR THE SEASON
Please review the Candidate Physical Agility Test (CPAT) FAQ Section to answer any questions you may have regarding the CPAT testing process and registration. Please note that the CPAT testing fee is $165. The only person allowed in the Fire Station and/or on the CPAT course is the testing participant. We are not able to accommodate additional people other than testing participants and on-duty staff.
Registering
To register for a CPAT testing process, correctly complete and submit the online registration form located on the Orientation & Time Trial page. Then mail your application and the $165 payment (checks payable to West Allis Fire Department) to: West Allis Fire Department; 7332 W. National Ave., West Allis, WI 53214.
If you are having trouble emailing the form, please review #9 in the FAQ section for direction.
Correctly completed applications can also be dropped off at the above address, faxed to 414-302-8927 or emailed to bmorawetz@westalliswi.gov.
Email Notification
Once your application has been received, an email will be sent to you confirming your selected dates as well as additional information regarding the testing process. If you do not receive a confirmation email, that means your application has not been received and you are not registered for a CPAT testing process.
Requirements
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, and in good physical health. Please see the below CPAT Orientation Guide and CPAT Preparation Guide to help prepare you for this testing process.
