Purchasing Division
The Purchasing Division assists all City departments and divisions by providing quality supplies and equipment in a timely, cost-effective manner.

- Contracts for the purchase of goods and services for all City Departments
- Coordinates sales of surplus equipment
Purchase Quality Goods & Services
It is the policy of the City to purchase quality goods and services competitively from experienced suppliers who are able to provide product support to using departments. Competitive selection procedures ensure that purchases are made at the best price while protecting the public interest of openness and fairness in the expenditure of public money. Flexibility is designed into the requirements to provide for effective and timely response to departmental operating requirements.
