    Celebrate the end of Summer Reading with a night of games, snacks and fun! We'll have a prize raffle for all those in attendance. End of Summer Celebration is open to students in grades 6-12 or ages 12-18 that live in Milwaukee County.

Senior Center Programs & Activities

  1. Pocket Billiards

    August 24, 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM @ Senior Center

    Play billiards from 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday at the West Allis Senior Center (billiards may be cancelled if a special event is scheduled in the lower level). A donation of $.25 per session is requested. These funds help maintain the billiards equipment. Open to all Senior Center members.

  2. Chair Yoga

    August 24, 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM @ Senior Center

    Join instructor Susie Melott for relaxing chair yoga. Susie guides participants through seated and standing postures with the support of a chair.   3. Senior Meal Program

    August 24, 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM @ Senior Center

    The Milwaukee County Department on Aging Senior Meal Program is open to all seniors aged 60+ and their spouse of any age. Advance reservations are required by noon the day before. Call 414-289-6995 to reserve a meal. Participants are encouraged to contribute $3 per meal to help defray program expenses.
